INTRODUCTION

 This blog has been set up by Geoff Hodgson and Thorbjørn Knudsen to discuss their book Darwin’s Conjecture: The Search for General Principles of Social and Economic Evolution (University of Chicago Press, 2010). You are invited to join the reading group for this book, make comments, and raise questions, on a scheduled, chapter-by-chapter basis.

1-7 June 2013              – comments and questions invited for CHAPTER FOUR

15-21 June 2013          – comments and questions invited for CHAPTER FIVE

29 June-5 July 2013     – comments and questions invited for CHAPTER SIX

13-19 July 2013           – comments and questions invited for CHAPTER SEVEN

27 July-2 Aug 2013      – comments and questions invited for CHAPTER EIGHT

10-16 Aug 2013           – comments and questions invited for CHAPTER NINE

The days in between each scheduled period are for readers to catch up with each chapter.
